i guess my thing is, there are no set parameters so it's all just BS until there is, right? like how many spots would there be to fill, who falls under "pop star"? it all depends on those factors and they'll vary by the person.

to me, "all time" is just a hell of a lot of popular music acts over time (let's say we start at Elvis) to consider and the spots would fill fast. it doesn't seem that unreasonable to me but idk
