    I can see why you would say that because it’s different instrumentation lol but the drums are the same rhythm and tempo and the chords is the exact same progression with the exact same timing(might be in a different key though)

    Both songs go 4 bars on the minor i chord (iirc) then 2 bars on the iv chord then back to the i for 2 bars to end the 8 bar loop

    Try singing the choruses one each other it works almost, there are stylistic differences I just always thought they were similar. Not in a bad way though
