They’re top 3 for me, have one of the most cohesive and enjoyable discogs oat, honestly can’t think of a single bad song, influenced an entire genre of music, and Sade herself is one of the sexiest women of all time.
WHERE ARE YOU, SADE?
Top 10 for me
Top 10 defo, at a push top 5.
Having said that I wasn’t actually a fan of Soldier of Love massively.
Also I hate Maureen. I dunno what it is but f*** that song. I put on Promise during s***and have the time of my life, then tar baby goes into Maureen and I just want to pull out right then kmt

Weird, Maureen is one of my favs but I can definitely see why it doesn’t fit on the album.
Promise the s***s though when you got a girl over
Top 10 prob
Could listen to her albums on repeat for eternity and never get sick of them
@op u asked about why I think guns giving you piece of mind is a stupid myth and I wrote a really long reply and pressed post and found the thread is locked -
it's a highkey logical fallacy imo. For many many reasons: the most significant being that when a robber feels seriously threatened, things are way more likely to escalate, and not necessarily to your liking.
The stupidest thing about it is that it's just a self-perpetuating trend - everyone is just gearing up more and more because everyone wants to be more safe, but in fact everyone is just getting less safe in the process. More and more people wanting to have "peace of mind" also means robbers are way more dangerous because they have to Expect that they will be met with guns, so they bring guns as well.
To think more guns make a situation more controlled is so completely absurd to me, guns can only create ridiculously charged, confused, and hostile situations.
It's a myth because it's a deeply culturally ingrained thing for US citizens that guns somehow make you manly and strong and that they're cool. And there would be nothing more manly than defending your family by shooting an evil man on your property. It's an American myth. But because it is it's also so hard for you to get rid of all these legal and illegal guns, though the efforts for doing so are already remarkably laughable.

I was upset that post was locked, seemed like some decent discussion was going on. Really happy you found me and posted
