They had a 4 year gap between their first two albums, then an 8 year gap to RAM. It’s been 5 years since RAM so this isn’t the longest we’ve gone with no music.

Yeah it is. In between HAA and RAM was TRON: Legacy which we knew was in development as early as 2009. 5 year gap from HAA to TRON and 3 year from TRON to RAM.

We're currently in a 6+ gap since a major project from the duo with no official announcement or indication of one in development.
