Seems like both albums have been getting a rather cold reception lately(no pun).
Like I honestly have to remind myself sometimes that these niggas are still planning to drop.
I think the Fall Off will be better but that's only because Cole had way more time to work on it and refine it. And Port Antonio and some of the deep cuts on Might Delete Later were straight fire.
With Drake, I feel it's a real wild card. The pre-released singles and leaks were very hit or miss imho. National Treasure the only song I'd say was legit great. The rest were just cool or mid imho.

Idk
i don't think we've really heard anything from either album (i dont think the drake singles will be on the album) so this is basically just asking "do you like drake or j cole more"

I prefer Drake
The Fall Off needs to be amazing for Cole's sake. He's been hyping the album for 8 years now

Drake dropped 3 singles for Iceman and loosies in the episodes as well.
But, for Cole, that's true.

personally don't think the majority of those will end up on the album but maybe i'll be wrong
I have very little interest in both and feel both will be extremely overhyped by their fanbases but wholly underwhelming.
If I had to choose which will be better I guess Cole cause Drake been making the same exact album since Scorpion.
The Fall Off will be much better just off the strength Cole stayed out the way to create it
Drake won’t stop dropping slop so a***ytics say he will drop more slop

The released singles won’t be on the album because of the reception besides WDIM
If any of those other singles became smash hits they would for sure be added if they weren’t already planned to be on it
The Fall Off seems to be more important of a project. It’s been teased for years, Cole has been hinting at retirement, and he hasn’t dropped a studio album in almost five years.
Iceman, for better or for worse, just seems like it’ll be another Drake release. This one is just a little contextually different because it’s his first solo project post-beef, but it’ll be his seventh project of the decade overall, whereas The Fall Off will only be Cole’s third.
With that being said, I’m hoping/expecting The Fall Off to be the better album because of the weight it’s coming with. We’ll probably get another Drake project within two years of Iceman’s release so if it’s just average it doesn’t really matter in the long run, Cole legit might hang it up after The Fall Off
Cole is much more focused and has a better vision in mind for the fall off. It's bound to be more sonically cohesive than Iceman as well
the fall off is just gonna be okay like most recent cole albums, maybe slightly better than off season at best
iceman is gonna be 1 passive aggressive ass intro recapping the past 2 years, maybe with 1 introspective song over a pick literally any 90s rnb act underwater sample and 20 or so poopy caca streambait songs
Good question
Neither will be good
Both need to take a long break and look in the mirror after the embarrassing s*** they pulled during/after the beef
