Names that pop in my mind from rap are Drake, Jay (MAYBE), Em, Beyonce (MAYBE). most artists i can think of also would need a crazy supporting cast to ensure tickets would sell.

Another question, what artists can do sustained stadium tours? as in 4 years apart, do back to back stadium tours? I'm not sure there are many rappers capable.
