A good amount of Hispanics, particularly Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, etc. have African ancestry, their ancestors were slaves who dealt with the BS just like African Americans.

Hispanic people also grow up in the same communities as Black People and grow up in poverty and oppression together with Black People, in the most common cities/states where you see them using the N Word. So it's kinda like an earned right to use it for the lack of a better way of phrasing it.

This. Black People from outside the East Coast can't really speak on it with authority bc the N Word pass for Hispanic people largely depends on the region of America you are located at.

In states where Hispanic people are largely separated from Black people, them using the N Word probably wouldnt be okay socially. But in states where they grew up together, their families grew up together, etc. it makes a lot more sense for the cultures, slang, etc. to be shared, the use of the N word as a term of endearment included.
