2Pac is arguably the greatest rapper of all time, and although he's definitely rapped over some classic beats, a large chunk of his production is trash and/or cheap Casio keyboard sounding.

Like his verses on Changes are 100/10, but that beat and hook are horrendous.

Low-key because a lot of 2Pac beats were so experimental, some of them actually aged really while some of them are lackluster
