Breaking Bad — personal favorite

Never got into Mad Men

Its true that Breaking Bad's storyline has some flaws and some boring subplots, the writing is like a 8/10

But the acting and the direction/cinematography are 10/10 S++ tier

I've never seen better acting than Bryan Cranston as Walt

i literally can't believe how good industry is

Succession f***ing sucks dude every season is the same general plotline

main knock & it’s a nitpick I have for sopranos is Tony doesn’t have an arc he has fake arcs then it’s business as usual at some point, there’s something so unsatisfying about how the latter 2 seasons he’s like a shark eyed version of himself I find it a bit flat

feel the same way actually. I don't mind his main arc being "He's a piece of s*** and will never grow and that's the arc" But the way they present in the last two seasons is a little unsatisfying

Lets be real here the wire doesnt belong with these other names

sopranos even tho i havent seen 2/4 of these 🫣

BB is stacked with highs and the ending is arguably perfect, also the most insane 3 episode run. BCS has better cast for sure but I still believe BB is the superior show if we are to compare the story

Deep down would have picked Mad Men cause it's an exceptionally well-rounded experience and frankly that still not enough to be top 1

I've seen the other 2 but never got the urge to consume them like I did with the above

What puts it that low for you? Just curious
