DwindlingSunFirst Man is actually my favourite of his. Which surprised me because I didnt really go into it expecting anything more than a pretty rote biopic. But honestly I cant recommend it more highly. Amazingly well made.
I passed on it coz I thought it was some biopic but I might actually check it out now

Love this and la la land but actually never saw first man tbh
First Man is solid, very stripped down and nuanced and arguably the best score out of any of his movies. The scene where Apollo 11 land on the moon is breathtaking. Saw it in IMAX and it’s the closest I’ll ever get to feeling like I’m on the moon.
