I'm on the logic that those people you're talking about that are "so lucky to work there" are putting in hella work and hours in that work place. He wouldn't have a company like he does without those workers, so they should be treated accordingly: with respect, and acknowledgment of their humanity- they probably have less time to spend with their families if long hours are being demanded of them with little vacation time, which has been rumored of his workplaces
