Black people say this, yet black American “cuisine” is pretty much just grease and hot sauce.

The only white people with questionable tastes are the British, and they at least had the sense to just borrow heavily from the French.

I’ll entertain you anyway. Black americans are definitely a step up from up north whites. Still nowhere near africans outta ethiopia, sudan, congo etc. Still nowhere near turkish, lebanese, morrocan cuisine.

But that’s to be expected. Slavery ring a bell? No way to regain touch with the roots. But you weren’t planning on being sensible.
