But even so, he went #1 on Christmas day, with another proper rollout he could go #1 again, therefore from the label's perspective permitting a random Monday drop seems counterintuitive

WLR was turned into the label on the 23/24th of November - the month between its hand-in and release was a period defined by a proper rollout (well IG posts & Tweets anyway) - I don't see why he can't do that again now, he's got a month until the tour starts, it's plausible
