Different scenario completely, Carti dropped a date, a tour is already set up, from his post they are clearing samples, every sign points to music before tour. Everything WLR related was vague in general

It's still early in the rollout relatively, the pfp's are all changed, the music is confirmed, it may not be tomorrow but I'd say this s*** coming before the tour, otherwise it'd be a late december / early Jan release and his hype is high rn. Gotta capitalize, no single is fine, Love hurts only dropped cause it leaked right before the drop, album cover is never released until the last couple days anyway, doubt a tracklist will get leaked early Carti hasn't ever dropped one early. Release Date is also not a Carti thing, he just gonna let us know right before release as always
