Yall gotta remember most average music listener reaction to WLR on release was very negative. No reason to drop a deluxe for a project that people were dogging the s*** outt of. Narrative only changed when the people on Tik Tok got a hold of a few songs and the project grew on a lot of people who were hating from day 1.

For the deluxe... but all that music got dropped from what everyones been saying. That was 5 days after release of WLR, and the reception from most average fans was negative so no need for a deluxe. All these new samples are for newer songs and if the tracklist turned in they are going thru that now

I hate when producers get all high and mighty bout holding up songs. TM88 literally ruined the Uzi "Mood" release then still leaked it years later cause he couldn't get Atlantic to pay an exorbitant amount for the beat (plus his beef with SupahMario who co-prod and they couldn't agree either).

I'm hesitant, would be amazing but Nas X dropping tomorrow, they want Carti to go #1 right????

Love that song, can't believe he got Uzi to agree to finally drop it, he was the hold up on that one forever. Did the same thing to Lyle LeDuff forever as well on Come This Way, Lyle was itching to get Uzi to drop it for years but he literally said the song was a "practice shot" and didnt want it out. So happy he changed his mind for deluxe

He's gotta get it out ASAP, people need to know the music before tour and gain even greater interest for it so its still in the cards for sure, seems like it has been a scramble all week tho behind the scenes (who know this may all be a gimmick to just garner more attention )
