Not like v3 or Wyoming sessions were done sober, d**** are clearly a key part of his creative process

It’s hard to even argue bc I truly worship the WLR we got and think it’s the best album in the last 5 years. So even tho I say this I also agree w you at the same time lol

V1 was a special era tho personally for me, this snippet got me thru some times when it dropped

I feel you, 2019 was so fun as a Carti (& Uzi fan imo) despite the wait for EA & WLR

V1 will always have love from me, and it did produce some amazing tracks

But it always felt like an extension of that Pi’erre/Die Lit sound

Rather than the WLR we eventually got, which was a whole evolution, like he really metamorphosed on 25th December 2020 and seemingly never looked back, s*** just felt like true artistry to me
