Rhonnie Lee was interviewed about Carti recently. She said there WAS a deluxe, but she has no idea what's going on with it or what Carti is doing.

So there is a good chance the deluxe got scrapped for a whole new album

this all is worse because unlike Uzi who had to speedrun the EA deluxe and mix, master and engineer songs he never planned to release--Carti has an entire other version of WLR that he scrapped last minute. All he has to do is pick and choose songs and maybe, if at all, retool a couple songs to his liking.
