So there I was...

At 7:40 pm on a Monday night

Just settled in after coming back from a final; about to start another final thing for a literature class

Opened my natural habitat: the Carti thread on ktt2.com

Saw somebody say that Evil, my long-awaited Dolan Beatz produced grail that Asap Illz previewed in 2016--had surfaced online

I quickly slam my keyboard and direct myself to the notorious site...only to be filled with utter disappointment.

I then realized that it wasn't just anybody who announced such a bold claim...it was fakerickhoodie.

It hit me: I had been hoodwinked, yet again.

I sat and stared at my monitor in a solemn manner.
