I've never been a huge Carti fan but this album is growing on me for sure, I think there's like 8-10 filler tracks/skips but I'm still trying to figure out which ones lol

This feels more like his Pablo, if we were to compare it to a Kanye album. Too long, a little messy and all over the place, but still a very good project overall with some very high peaks.

In early 2024 I really wished the album would sound like the first half of his comeback run aka 2024, Different Days, H00DBYAIR.
Those songs had great prod yet Carti felt like he was front and centre still. They felt way more fleshed out than anything he was doing up until that point.
This album feels like a step backward in that regard. Lotta songs here either have very little Carti or he doesn't have a strong presence on them. Not to mention the unfortunate usage of AI.

I was testing my girl if she could tell the difference between carti and futures voices, toxic, trim, overly, all red, all those confused the f*** out of her

I'm glad he added the feature credits so I can figure it out for myself
