nah I think the way it works is the merch is just available for "seasons" so to speak, so after a certain day they stop taking orders for a set of merch and move on to another

so the first set of merch became available on the day Carti revealed the cover and confirmed the date himself, then the second wave became available the day the album dropped, and here we are with the third wave
