Brandy doesn’t have the stats anymore to back it up but that’s def the queen to me. very few female artists who have impacted the genre the way she has

she’s the queen of hip-hip soul

Her being an influence for both male & female singers is just a testament to how ill she truly is. Usher gets a lot of flack for his work post-Confessions, but the voice/presence never faded.
