Yes. If you're talking about Joaquin I stand my ground.
He's appreciated but he's still underrated.
Ask anyone with a Joker photo what's other Joaquin movie they like and 50% of them will say they don't know.
Ask random person on the street to name 3 movies with Leonardo DiCaprio and they'll give you 10 of them

IMO Joaquin is underrated bc I think he should be mentioned alongside likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt etc

Same with Joaquin. He's been known as a great actor. People who watch movies and actually care about who directed the movie, and who plays in that movie know Joaquin and know he's amazing.
But he's not as recognizable as Leonardo on social media (=by young people)
