As a follow-up to this. The reason Hitler is called the worst man in history was that there wasn't a rational reasoning behind his actions. It was pure discrimination for the sake of propoganda that he started to beileve. He also convinced an entire country that what he did was reasonable.
In terms of pure damage to the world, hes top 5, but its more about the lack of rational and his massive support and control thats worse.

Irrational /=/ insane. His beliefs was unfounded, but enforced by local stereotypes. Combine this with his populist goals and he has a reasoning, its just unfounded in reality
