I never said Rocky did it but I feel like he could and LLA was damn close.
Miss Anthropocene doesn't have a single skippable song but I'd say that it's still not perfect but I love it.
Most of Roy Woods' projects don't have a single skippable song imo.
Majid has work to do but their s*** is great.
Trilogy and Kiss Land didn't have a single skip imo but again, I don't think the latter was perfect, just very close to it.
Feel free to hate, I'mma keep enjoying all of those
And the best rap album we've had in years is probably IYRTITL tbh. A solid 9.5 imo.

as far as hip hop goes, im not sure. Kendrick seems possible and honestly I think Jay-Z still has the potential.
Thread was mostly talking about any genre though, i don't think there has been a perfect 10/10 anywhere for some years now.
