DAVIDPI feel like mysterious rap - whatever tf that means has a more loyal fanbase because it's not just trend hopping and you probably get people that pay for the artists merch and concerts opposed to whatever trend is popular (right now it's street) where eventually it becomes oversaturated and fizzles out because it goes out of style.
Exactly this,ive said this one time before but a artistic rapper (wtf is a mysterious rapper)stands to make more money off of less fans willing to pay for their product vs another street dude.
Most these mainstream guys now probably making very similar money as the next man cause their so easily replaceable. Only upside with a street rapper is that the come up is quick but the fall off is usually quick too.
