nah but it can be learned, you just would have to do it a bunch of times to the point that you'd still remember in an emergency. they need to teach emergency response stuff in schools more and really drill people on this stuff so when s*** actually goes left they aren't gonna freeze up or panic

this is fax. the only drill my high school ever did aside from weather emergency’s, was cpr and that was only a one day thing in gym class. we also had a mandatory swimming section and this kinda stuff could def be implemented :word:

Yeah it's a mixture of both the unknown and the jarring fear of coming across things that are submerged, which is pretty understandable.
