As it is with any question of who will be the next "so and so", there are two real answers:

1. There will be no next Kanye West, simply someone who carves their own lane of greatness

2. Within the very slim chance that there will, in fact, be a "next Kanye West", will be a now-unknown artist who is sociopathic and ambitious enough to attempt to fill those shoes - which is very, very unlikely...though Kobe was crazy enough to work to be like MJ so who knows?
