I like his incorporation of eastern medicine in his practices. I also like how he helps normalize therapy by doing these broadcasted "therapy sessions". It for sure helps push people in the right direction if they're on the fence about seeing a psychiatrist themselves. He's also relatable and real. Not revolutionary or anything but an enjoyable guy.

B.F Skinner for his influence on social learning theory and Urie Bronfenbrenner for ecological systems theory.

I feel like Carl Rogers probably had the biggest influence on my teaching style and approach to helping people work through personal issues. Self-actualization and unconditional positive regard were concepts I wish I had known about earlier in life.
