They're not counting mixtapes or features.
even then if you count the last 10 years em has had like one and a half good albums meanwhile FWA, carter 5, and funeral were all solid even if they weren’t groundbreaking
Eminem is the best in a certain lane, but I generally don’t care for him
It’s Wayne all day

The project with 2Chainz was solid too
Wayne’s in my top 3 oat so him. He has a lot more good songs if you factor in his mixtape cuts which you should
No hate to Eminem he’s still a legend
Wayne has more listenable music.
Gym
Club.
Parties.
Cars.
Bars.
Em is dope but his earlier music is low-key shock value music so it’s not much replay value for me as a black person.
Is this a real debate?

Through the entire rollout of the Eminem album I was surprised how much overlap there is between Eminem and Kendrick fans. Not just other sites but here too. Even in this thread after reading the responses.

Tbh, there's been overlap for a while.
The Aftermath/Dre connection plays a role and they're both mainstream lyricists who have a "boogeyman" reputation.
Some of you are underrating Wayne just because his sales aren't what they used to be.
When you factor in just how much of a workaholic Wayne's been over the years in constantly putting out mixtapes, features, projects, etc. at a frequent rate, you'll realize how impressive it is for an overworked rapper like Wayne to still be capable of delivering hard verses and rapping like the rent is due at this stage in his career.
Yeah...his sales declined but he already established himself as a superstar and there's no telling what C6 would sell fw if he were to drop it with proper promo.

Yeah I knew bout that connection but I didn't think the Aftermath riders were still such a huge portion of the fanbase and Eminem/Kendrick don't really make similar music apart from Kendrick sometimes having a similar delivery as old Em.
