Think about someone posting a picture in a biki vs in "underwear"

Could be showing as much skin, posing the same way and doing the same thing. But the societal content of what the material is differs.

Who is to say that tick tock doesn't re shape a particular societal niche's standards, and because of that content like this isn't seen as something overtly sexualized. But rather a norm.

I think in hindsight when people look back on it with new perspective they can form their own opinions on it, but at that time, I feel as if the people in these videos will have already have moved on if it isn't something that is really advantageous for them to continue to participate in.
