If you think Tory is bigger you're delusional. Maybe industry wise Tory is friends with more artists but in terms of fanbase Russ is way bigger. Maybe it isn't obvious in USA but in other countries like Egypt or Saudi Arabia he has much of a cult following because he references arab countries sometimes and made a concert in Egypt and Abu Dhabi or something. Ever since then you see dudes bumping him everywhere.
