in general people are able and should critique art doesn't matter if your Anthony Fantano or if your just talking with your friends about certain record

i literally got into a debate this week with someone on here about 1 album being better than another, and the other person's biggest argument was that their album was reviewed better...
so its fine for reviewers to have their own opinions. my 2 biggest issues is when they state their opinions as if theyre fact, and people using reviews in arguments.
most hip hop reviewers have no better understanding of music than anyone on ktt, so why do people hold their opinions above anyone elses?

The people. MFers act like critics are the end to all means as far as validation to an album and it’s so annoying. The inverse as well where they pan an album so people get upset over it but it doesn’t bother me at all as long as I like it
