Tom Bradys natural football skill is unparalleled, and the same could be said for MJ with bball, only thing that sets them apart is how strenuous and personal basketball is.

And for that if say MJ

    Villainous B

Isn't it because he dodged a lot of fights as well?

he doesnt have the most fan friendly style and does things to get more haters rather than mote fans. he fought a lot of fighters outside of their prime too. for example his biggest fight which was against pacquiao should’ve happened 5 years earlier instead it was pacquiao started to slow down and wasn’t what he used to be

MJ. Too much of brady's success is tied to others due to the nature of the sport.

Forget it being tied to others, it's a small time sport. in the grand pitch it's in the same bowling alley as Ice-hockey and table tennis, it's not a sport people care for. the performance at half time is bigger than the sport itself.

Jordan for me. Way bigger cultural impact too

Ask who's Tom Brady in Europe and at best you'll get a 1/3 ask who Michael Jordan is and you get a 100

I'm 21 with internet all day and I don't even know what team Tom Brady plays/was playing for and everyone knows Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan that's just how it is no comparison here

  • Feb 8, 2021

    Jordan
greatness= accolades, impact, influence & longevity.
MJ has all those minus longevity and that can be debated.

  • Feb 8, 2021

Jordan because tom brady is white

I live in Europe and I'd be surprised if even 1/10 people knew Tom Brady in my country.

Yeah I was generous with that 1/3

    1/10 seems right

I feel like if Brady’s numbers in the playoffs and Super Bowls werent pedestrian at best it’d be Brady but I’ll go with Jordan cuz 2 different 3-peats is crazy. If Brady runs it back than it’ll change

  • The most apples and oranges conversation ever.
    Two completely different sports.
    Career arcs.
    Histories of their respective games.
    They are damn near incomparable.

Idk if that’s actually true tho. Why is losing in the last playoff round treated worse than losing earlier? I have this response to people critiquing Lebron’s final loses too

Brady not even better than Rodgers

We’re not doing this BS anymore. Take your L. Rodgers has never been, isn’t and will never be better than Brady. Rodgers was the favorite, had home field advantage and still lost lmao.

Because Jordan has flawless perfect final performances whereas Brady/Lebron don't.

Lebron/Brady are still GOATs , but there's still levels.

Yea but he still lost before the finals, they just lost at a higher stage then him. I don’t see how losing before is more flawless? Your opinion seems to be the popular view but it doesn’t make sense imo. At least their finals loses were still conference championships

A conference championship is better than nothing 🤷🏾‍♂️

Brady has 7 overall championships and 3 conference championships while Jordan has 6 overall championships. Now, Jordan might still be better, but I just don’t see the rationale for penalizing being the 2nd best in a year

Because Jordan performed flawlessly when it matters. No one cares about the conference championships. That's the equivalent of winning a participation trophy.

In the grand stage , both Brady and James failed to perform as expected whereas Jordan did.

    It's like arguing against perfection.

Being 2nd is just the first to lose
