u could say real world hype means support from like 18-28 yr olds. nobody rlly cares abt what 30+ yr olds think, so that's kinda a fair definition.
im a college student rn, right in that 18-28 demographic. simple fact is that for like every 1 lil baby fan i know, i know like 5 frank ocean fans. and yea nobody plays franks music at a party, but ppl definitely acknowledge his s*** in conversation.
ur probably thinking that "its just white kids" im talking abt, but i promise u its not. its not an hbcu but the college im at does have the highest diversity stats in the US, and its based in a majority black neighborhood in a majority black city...
that being said, what the f*** do you mean when you say "real world hype", im having trouble seeing how frank doesn't have any...
