he finished 2nd in dpoy voting and was named 1st team all-defense what are you talking about?
yeah his lack of aggression on the offensive side and lack of confidence in his shot are major liabilities and he was god awful in the hawks series but that doesn't change how valuable he is in other areas

Nah he def is one of the best defenders in the league. And even yesterday managed to get 13 assists. He’s a good playmaker.
That being said, defense is arguably the least valuable skill for a PG to have and Simmons lacks in what most people see as the most important skill which is scoring/shooting.
