I’ve said this before but I think it’s a four way tie:

Jay-Z - greatest all around rapper of all time

Lil Wayne - greatest flow and most naturally gifted rapper of all time

Kanye West - greatest artist in hip hop history

Drake - just next level, unprecedented run. We have to accept the fact that like Kanye he works with other writers, which is why I can’t say he’s above Hov or Wayne as an actual rapper. But flow, melodies etc he’s the greatest without question.

Honorable mention to 2Pac of course. Biggie doesn’t compare to any of these guys imo. He’s with Eminem and Outkast and a few others in the remaining top tier ever spots.
