depends on what specifically cause joe has the experience as the hiphop artists and working in the genre etc but maybe fantano listens to other styles of hiphop that joe may not, and may know about those specific artists

Budden was a 1-hit wonder who later on signed to Eminem in a rap group that flopped hard asf, and Fantano is literally known for s***post/clickbait scores that don’t match his criticisms
