On the US charts tho??? Not worldwide
Anytime I look at billboard charts there’s only one/two hip hop songs on there. Hardly ever reaching #1 for long period of time

I used to think Hip Hop was the most popular genre until I looked at charts and stats

This has happened pretty much every year man. Only year the rap categories were live that I remember was when chance won in 2017
