I mean is my phone hacked or something? I was trying to post on this site and I got a new tab which was clearly a virus saying I have a virus. Of course I clocked out of it but I’m wondering why this is happening? I don’t use no sketchy weirdo sites either.

There’s probably a simpler solution but if you don’t find one, you can always just restore your phone completely

Make sure you at least your contacts and any essential photos/files backed up because they will be gone

did u subscribe to something? i was watching p*** n got hit w that. i got mad pop ups n s*** but it was from the calendar. u can disable it somewhere in settings

Your WiFi could be hacked if it’s public

broo i had the exact same s*** and found no solution other than to reset my whole phone

make sure you upload all your s*** on iCloud before u do it tho, i lost 50k pics and documents etc.

Crine why would you not back up your all your stuff, especially if you know you’re about to reset your phone

Had this same issue but didn’t have to do this to get rid of it lol.

Settings > Passwords and Accounts > Subscribed Calendars > Delete any questionable calendars

Or

Calendar app > Scroll down to “Calendars” > Click “(i)” next to unwanted calendars > scroll down and click Delete Calendar

Yeah these new ads are opening new tabs for me without me clicking them

that shouldn’t happen. i complained to our ad guys and they said they would pause all ads until they found the jssue
