rayrayYea he woulda been bigger in 09-14 cause wat he was doing now was popular back then. Which is my point… he isn’t doing anything better than the “09-2014” niggas and he doesn’t make nearly as good music as them. He just raps extremely well. There’s no memorable songs that nigga jid don’t even have a “that” song. If you in the rap game idc wat sub genre you in you gotta know how to make GREAT MUSIC. And to that last paragraph. Yea most in the south can do it which is why it’s over saturated but how many have lasted 5+ years like future and been consistent? It still takes extreme talent to maintain consistency in that fast food genre
