knew one in college. she refused to sell to me and my friends bc we were friends with her boyfriend/our roommate (still dk why that mattered) AND YET she was always using our washer and dryer and chilling in our apt like wtf

And even when I answered she still kept talking (im so hungry, damn should I buy L? Etc) like asking outloud to noone in particular. I understand personable, which would be like a yo whatsup or maybe even small conversation. But not basically talking to yourself while i repeat asking you for a location.
