Don’t get it twisted,I’m not talking about on-demand,I’m talking about customizing lineal channels to your personal taste from said channels catalog. For example, imagine watching CN and your not feeling what their playing atm,so you go customize your own channel, you just wanna watch cartoons from the 90’s and 2000’s that are Action Adventure shows and you want them to only be 30 mins long. Said channel integrates your request into their system and makes your channel.

Add in the ability to be able to rate shows and skip shows to your liking and I think you have a recipe for success. It takes all the guesswork out of on-demand(cause sometimes you don’t feel like choosing what you want to watch)and makes lineal tv kinda relevant again. I’m very surprised this hasn’t been implemented somewhere.

    Just a thought

Like shuffle mode by categories or genre? It’s a cool idea, but don’t see it working with cable because partnership and $$$. Streaming services might do it, if not already.

Exactly but there’s always barriers but this feels like a natural step for lineal tv that hasn’t been taken yet.

I been saying for a while they need something that combine all your streaming services and you just scroll through like a regular satellite guide
