One of the dumbest threads I’ve ever seen in my life and I’m being serious

Not necessarily cos of OP cos I’m not sure if he was srs or not

I know some of y’all are trolling but some people in this thread really think that could’ve been a reference to X. As someone else said it very very clearly was never about X. OBVIOUSLY

Im not gonna scroll through 50 posts to see if somebody mentioned it in this thread, but others have reported that the line immediately following it is "Off the 3 records he's survived" rather than "Off the 350s he supplied" which is clearly a reference to X as he had 3 albums out at the time JIK released

"Jah" is actually for Jahweh/Yahweh aka another name for god

People really thinking he was ever taking about X

  • Mar 17, 2020

why is this even a thread?

  • Mar 17, 2020

Kanye deleted all his tweets from that time period not just specifically the X one

  • Mar 17, 2020

Don't think "jah" was ever in the song. Pretty sure someone just mistranslated the lyrics when the song premiered. Remember when everyone thought he made changes all over the album when he really only made very few? This is when xxx stans saw that he "changed" the On God lyrics and got mad...funny thing is they were going off lyrics that must've been written from a listening party snippet or some clueless person's first try at writing the lyrics down (you can still find these lyrics on any of them bum ass lyric sites where half the lyrics are wrong.) Came to this conclusion when I hunted for the "jah" version but couldn't find it.

Not an X reference but f*** X anyway. Piece of human trash

lol you're probably refering to the Pitchfork article which ended up getting debunked

they cut together things from 16 hours worth of prison calls to make it sound like he did

later the entire 16 hours of recordings leaked and it became clear that everything was taken out of context and conveniently edited together

and now people like you are still running with it and s***ting on a dead kids name with "facts" that just don't exist lol

the gf even admitted to lying and tried withdrawing the case

He said "That's on Jah" on the Detroit version

Getting one of his last full verses leaked, then cutting him off the final song and now this? Disrespectful af.

    How is it disrespectful?
You weren't even supposed to know he was in the song.
I would feel that including X or a reference of him on a Gospel Album would be disrespectful for Christianity.
It doesn't matter what you believe in, X is everything but Christian, even his name reminds p***ography.
