The outro, starting at like 2:27 it keeps going between two chords then at 2:34 (the chord that plays when he says ->> im a problem, being rich is not my fault)

It goes to a major chord, outside of the key of the song. The chord within the key and scale and that makes sense after the two chord earlier would be a minor, the bass note is correct but it has a wrong note and makes the chord major and that chord sounds super bright and off due to that.
