Just got back from hanging with my family this holiday and I was just surprised at how much some of them look down at being Indian? I've been seeing a rise of this(IN MY LIFE) and it's really sad because it's just been growing and growing. The parallels between African American and Indian culture are there and I would've just thought it'd be all love. I don't know if this could be an attribute to the hate, but I never remember learning about Indian culture in high school.
@mods go ahead and lock this if you see this. I'm sorry this offended so many people and was poorly worded to look like a generalization. Thank you everyone for educating me better on the dynamic. I definitely can see how my take was heavily flawed and anecdotal.
When @NeonBuddy came for @rhymingrhino , I was slightly confused.
bruh most black people don't hate or care about indians. What's up with these weird generalizations ?

Ngl I never heard of this before. Other than that twitter war a couple years ago. Sounds like it might be your fam app

It's not a weird generalization, but in my life it's there in family and friends and I think it needs to be addressed
This thread will be interesting

well your life isn't everybody life
Quite a generalization
Quite a generalization
I didn't mean for it to be a generalization i'm just wondering where the hate comes from in the black people that do hate Indians
I don't know about this specific thing at all, is it linked to that weird model minority theory? But like, not regarding Asians?
might as well make a “why do black people hate Asians” thread while you’re here too @op
speedrun your perma

There's racists in every race, ethnic group, whatever
You can answer your own question of why anyone is a racist and hates others lmao
It's literally the other way around lol but love everyone
I know this is a bait thread, but I’m honestly interested in this topic today.
