I mean you just said why you and some others use it, because of their environment (mixed neighborhoods) . Yet in the places you mentioned (Houston, LA) there’s plenty of Latino only neighborhoods who say nigga all the time and some that dont like black people get still say it

Depends where you at. NY it was mostly black, in Houston it’s 50/50, in LA I just visit family once so I couldn’t tell you to well about that but it happens and ain’t nobody bat an eye
