It’s crazy how bad starring is intentionally. Noticed this on Vancouver island with the context I stood out like a sore thumb being literally the only black man in the area outside of 10 people I saw in all my visits. In certain areas in the States that s*** will get you killed. Beat up or approached bare minimum.

Yup. If you got fresh braids , dreads styled or a bomb ass twist out people gonna look.

Whenever I get a twist out, get my eyebrows threaded and wear my best clothes I go from being invisible to being stared at a LOT.

Then when I tried talking to a bad b**** she actually came off as really friendly and it shocked the s*** outta me lol.
