What is a democratized firm? Do they all vote?
They force their employees to vote

Cost/benefit a***ysis says working a 9-5 that pays well is far less risky than owning a business. I’m a product owner within my company. I’m responsible for this product and it’s success reflects my pay. I left a Wall Street giant for this tech company and it’s much more rewarding//exciting
man ur just a wagie with slightly better wage, you're f***ing poor in comparison to a multi-millionaire let alone a billionaire, stop bootlicking s*** is embarrassing
just to add onto my previous reply and to sell you on market socialism a bit. There are proposed models where the initial capital put up by the business founder(s) is returned to them with interest after the firm becomes profitable. Until then, the founder retains authoritative control until he see’s a return on his investment. At that point, shares of the company are then distributed to the workers and the firm democratizes.
Although this sounds like a good idea in practice why would a founder agree to have his ownership taken from him and distributed to people who put up far less risk in building the company

The true value of these minimum wage earner's labor is represented by the value of the company, not their actual paychecks. Amazon is a multi-billion dollar company, yet the ones who make that happen receive fifteen dollars for every hour of their labor. It's a rigged system.
Amazon does f*** their workers, I agree. Your logic isn’t sound though. The value of the labor of a single programmer or warehouse manager at Amazon will never be equal to the value of Amazon as a whole
Cmon bro
