Aint nobody reading all this s***
that’s the difference between what makes a p**** bacon and what makes a billionaire
So running a company like a government
Do you see how imperfect a democratic system is and also inefficient? There’s been plenty of examples in government when a technocratic approach proved most useful. You need a centralized authority when we’re talking about efficiency.
The military is probably the most efficient example of how an organization is run. A top down pyramid of authority is necessary.
Having a too decentralized decision and strategy making process would slow down productivity and hurt growth.
Please explain how this wouldn’t be the case in scenario you describe. (I ask respectfully/without snark)
I would appeal mostly to the research done on worker co-ops. Studies show that worker co-ops have many advantages over traditional firms in terms up resilience to price-shocks, worker satisfaction, higher wages, more productive etc.
Keep in mind, there’s more incentive for workers to be productive when the successful and growth of the business has a direct impact on their own financial success within the company.
He’s saying just having the idea doesn’t mean you get so much more money than the people running the company. I swear most of you have not had jobs
What if i'm running company
If you’re a billionaire you’re by definition a piece of s*** lmao, no one on earth needs to have that amount of capital
that’s the difference between what makes a p**** bacon and what makes a billionaire
id rather not read and be a good person than read and be a bad person
