To bring this thread to an actual discussion, do you feel like the whole idea of "materialism" is washed?

Because truly I do at this day and age. I'd rather just save money and plan for the future than blow it all. I think people that spend like that are irresponsible.

I don't care about "luxury items" essentially is what I'm saying. I'm at the point in my life where I don't have to impress people/or want to impress people. Basically if something is nice and cheap/a bargain. It's totally worth it.

I don't think that brand "shaming" people is a cool thing to do, and honestly people that do that are losers. (only have ever seen it online though)
